My job is not to solve your problems - only you can do that. My goal is to support you in your self-perception and personal development. I want to help you expand your mental and individual freedom and promote your spiritual and personal growth. It is very important to me to give you help to help yourself so that you receive valuable insights and "cheat codes" on your path to self-healing. A proposed solution should always be well considered and never viewed as unavoidable.
What is the difference between counseling, therapy and coaching?
Therapy is usually needed when there is a disorder that requires treatment. Its goal is to reduce pain and focus on past experiences to promote healing. Counseling, on the other hand, is voluntary and aims to improve quality of life by setting goals and pursuing personal growth, with a clear focus on the future. In counseling, the client is in charge of the process, while the counselor provides guidance and often uses their expertise to provide specific solutions or recommendations. Coaching is a process-oriented approach that supports clients in finding their own solutions and achieving their goals. It is solution-focused and promotes personal growth and positive change.

I don't read the tarot to predict your future, but to support you on your own personal path. My focus is on shadow work - recognizing and integrating hidden, unconscious aspects that prevent you from living your full potential.
I help you to recognize blockages that are anchored in your subconscious and prevent you from manifesting your true goals. Together we work to resolve these blockages so that you can get back on track. I also accompany you through manifestation processes if you feel that your wishes and goals are blocked. I use the knowledge from Human Design to help you understand yourself better, recognize your strengths and see your challenges from a new perspective. It is a kind of energetic map that shows you how to flow naturally in your life instead of swimming against the current.
